I chose orthopedics as my specialty. I like the process of rebuilding something to make it better. You can tell you?re making a difference during each surgery. You can take a stiff, immobile joint, and by the end of the surgery, it moves everywhere it was supposed to move, and you can tell the patient?s going to do well.
