Description
Alex Wood is a certified physician assistant who specializes in dermatology for patients ages eight and older. He collaborates with dermatologists to offer the following services: conducting full-body skin exams and skin cancer screenings; diagnosing and treating skin conditions such as acne, warts, and dry skin; ordering and interpreting tests; performing skin biopsies and non-excisional procedures for malignant skin lesions; and cryotherapy. Wood works in the Division of Dermatology in the Department of Dermatology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
